Tax Accountant:

We currently have a position opening for a Tax Accountant.  The responsibilities include the preparation of Individual, Partnership and Corporate tax returns, and the ability to conduct client interviews and manage client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in tax department of public accounting firm
  • CPA, EA or LLM in Taxation
  • Experience in IRS representation (notices, audits, OICs, IAs)
  • Expert knowledge of federal, multi-state, and local income and business taxes
  • Proficiency in the preparation of Individual, Partnership, Corporation and S Corporation returns
  • Excellent research skills
  • A team player who works well with others
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Steady and progressive work history and proven career success in this field
  • Experience with ProSystems Tax Software
  • Experience with Quick Books Accounting Software
