POSITION TITLE: SENIOR BOOKKEEPER

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an Accountant or Bookkeeper who is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor, and has extensive experience in the preparation of Sales Tax Returns, Payroll Tax Returns, Individual Tax Returns, and Corporate Tax Returns. The ideal applicant must possess exceptional organizational and customer service skills.

Preparation of financial statements according to GAAP, as well as extensive experience with adjusting journal entries and account reconciliation.

Preparation of yearly W-2’s, W-3’s and 1099’s/1096

The ability to multi-task with a diverse group of tax and accounting clients. Applicant must possess strong communication skills and tax problem solving skills, with various tax agencies such as the IRS, FTB, BOE, and EDD.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• QuickBooks Pro Advisor
• Proficient in adjusting journal entries and account reconciliation
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Windows operating system, MS Word, MS Excel

PLUS QUALIFICATIONS: CPA Firm Experience, EA, or CPA
